For over 15 years, Mau Medellin has built careers in fashion by identifying raw talent, developing it with purpose, and turning potential into something the industry can’t ignore.
As founder of of Wanted & Bang (aka WB Management Group), his work has helped shape some of Mexico’s most successful international modeling careers. Issa Lish, Alfredo Díaz and Krini Hernández stand among its biggest success stories, with careers spanning major runways, campaigns and publications around the world.
Alongside them is a new generation of Mexican talent, including Emilio Valladares, Natalia Rodriguez, Maxi Guerrero, Karla Espíritu and Oriana Olvera — part of a much broader legacy that also includes hundreds of international models who have come through Mexico, developing their books, experience and careers here before moving on to a higher international level.
Models under his management have walked for Dior, Versace, Prada, Chanel and Marc Jacobs; appeared in campaigns for Marc Jacobs, Coach, Balmain, Moschino, Givenchy, Jean Paul Gaultier, Carolina Herrera and Zara; and landed covers and editorials for Vogue, Elle, Harper’s Bazaar, GQ and L’Officiel.
That track record didn’t happen by accident. Over the years, Mau has built relationships with many of the world’s leading agencies — including Elite, The Society, Women, Supreme and Next — creating a global network grounded in years of real experience, trust and results.
